Hi! I'm Amy Doublet, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® and a master-level assistant to Dr. Peter Levine, the founder of Somatic Experiencing™ (SE) and a pioneer in healing trauma.
For over a dozen years, I have worked with Dr. Levine, the SE community, and many other well-known educators in healing shame, developmental & shock trauma, craniosacral, polarity therapy, bio-sonics, and energy medicine. (the short list)
In my time learning, training, and teaching with my mentors, I have helped over 11,000 students on their educational journeys, and as a practitioner, I have worked with over 130,000 people so far in my career.
I've also worked with celebrities and public figures for decades. But now is the time bring the various modalities of wellness to the people. You.

Here are 3 options to continue our journey together:

Option 1
Personalized 1-on-1 sessions for $300 each, minimum of 10 sessions. CLOSED - Waitlisted

Option 2
Small group sessions for 8 people, priced at $170 per session when paid in full for 10 sessions. This option offers personalized attention and healing at a more affordable rate.

Option 3
Large group sessions for 24 people max. priced at $100 per session when paid in full for 10 sessions. This option is perfect for those who want to work with me in a supportive community setting.
During the 10-session program, I will help you anchor the skills you've learned in the 7 Days to Stress-Less course and much more.
We will address any ongoing stress or anxiety in your daily life. Feelings of disconnection, an inability to focus, be productive, feel creative or tune into you Self which means ultimately you've stopped hearing that inner guidance or intuition.
I'll help you with that.
Whether you choose the personalized 1-on-1 sessions, small group sessions, or large group sessions, the group will be a safe and confidential place for defenses to come down and healing to go up.
If you're not sure which option is right for you, don't worry. We've got you covered!
Option 1 (Wait listed)
1-on-1 personalized sessions are right for you if:
- you have tried many other modalities/therapists/practitioners and still struggle
- have a specific intention and want single minded-focus & attention
- have a very hard time tuning into your body and want more time
- feel unsafe to connect with your body - have never felt safe
- have specific needs you feel more appropriate 1-1
- groups are too triggering to attend
- need for increased privacy
- prefer it
Option 2
Small group sessions (10 people max) are right for you if:
- 1-on-1 openings are fully booked and you want to connect - its the next best :)
- more affordable option than 1-on-1 while still receiving personalized attention
- find group dynamics helpful and want to witness and support others in their process while receiving support in return
- to learn from others' experiences & gain insights that you may not have otherwise considered
- able to practice being present & grounded in a social setting at your pace
- want to connect with others who share similar experiences/emotions
- witness & supporting others in their process, as we grow together
- learn to manage anxiety in a group environment
- you prefer to be in community
- you desire friendship
- to be witnessed
Option 3
Larger group sessions (24 people max) are right for you:
- if you are under financial constraints and still desire the opportunity to have more focused somatic process work and integration
- you prefer a larger group for a more diverse range of experiences & perspectives.
- want to join a community of like-minded people on their journey together
- self guided programs having limitations & you want more guidance
- to learn to overcome anxiety in a social environment
- to practice being present in a group setting
- are able to learn as part of the collective
- are more focused on integration
- are supportive of others
- you won't be alone

None of these options are for you if:
- blame others (which is really a Shame response and I can help with that too if you are brave)
- not showing up on time or at all but pay for a spot, of coarse life happens that's ok
- you are expecting an overnight shift without putting to use some of the tools
- unable to commit to 10 sessions and the 2 hr group attendance
- unwilling to try using some of the tools suggested
- can not maintain privacy for others or gossip
- are impatient and unable to contain yourself
- do not honor the group containment
- cannot afford min. $100 sessions
- do not have curiosity

OVERALL ANY of the above options will help you if you are:
- Trying to change your thoughts or “talk” your way into feeling better hasn’t worked
- You’ve noticed that the “ah-hah” moments while reading a book don’t actually stick or lead to lasting change
- You’re feeling “bad” in your body and you’re not sure how to start feeling better
- Taking steps toward the things you’re wanting has felt difficult or impossible and you’re not sure why
- No amount of thinking or dissecting what is wrong helps you connect back into your intuition, creativity and joy.
- You have been working really hard (alone) for too long and want support from others and are open to receiving support. This is an important relational repair for some. You don't have to work so hard or do it alone.

Working with Amy is powerful.
