Your body is continually speaking to you.
Unfortunately, we are often too busy, distracted, or deaf to hear it.
And that is why we often run ourselves down.
Work too hard or for too long.
Take too much on our plates.
Get sick.
Lose sleep.
And feel unwell.
But most of that could have been avoided by listening and noticing what is going on in your body.
So toward that end, I’d like to offer you this list to help you build your vocabulary of what can happen in your body.
That way you can begin to have a dialogue with yourself to notice, monitor, and prevent stress and illness from happening to you.
